I expect the deposit for my tenants for the contract I cancelled with Letting Experts to be in my account today as i was notified a week before the 1 Dec 2013 that the deposit would be paid latest on the 1 Dec 2013. The 1st went by and i was promised the deposit the next day when I foned again on the 5th i was told that the deposit usually takes a week to be released from the bank and that it would be in my account on the weekend or latest Monday the 9th when i foned yesterday to find out whether the banks have released the deposit yet i was told that the deposit usually takes 14 days to be released from Nedbank. I have been told story after story despite my tenants currently living on my property without a deposit in place and i have reached the end of my patience. I have used up a fair amount of my own time and airtime to contact Letting Experts and ERA concerning issues related to the buying of our house numerous times and not once have they contacted me to keep me up to date about anything in progress. I expect this dilemma to be resolved by the end of the day otherwise I will resort to Facebook and any other form of media to express my disappointment in Era and Letting Expert.
