NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH MY APPLICATION

I just wanted to put through a complain about the service that I am currently getting from Standard bank Pension back lending department. I forwarded my application in April 2013 on the email address [Email Removed], Green, Hillian H [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] (whom I believe they are your agents). After some time not getting any response from anyone and Khomotso was opening my emails but not responding and she will even delete some of the emails I was sending without even reading them! I kept on also trying calling your Call Centre to check if my application was received and again that was a big problem because I could not get through to your agents, at all. I eventually got through to one lady who advised me that I did not specify the amount that I was applying for and the repayment installment amount and she asked to refax that page to the number 011-9818812 for Beverley's attention, which I did on the 10/05/2013 at 08:33 AM and it went through OK. Again today they said they have not recieved it! What on earth is going on in that Organisation.?
