Hi Peter.
I am complaining about poor service that I have recieved from standard bank pension backed lending, you wait about 15 munites before they answer your call and it is almost three weeks applied for loan and the only response that I get is that the loan originators is still busy with the application and even today (28/03/2013 time 11: am:-)the call center lady said to me that she will call me back before cob today and she did not come back to me.
