Just want to let you know head office phone me immediately after i mailed you. Promise everything to me. But at this stage nothing happened. One of the call centre guys called me and said I must send every documentation through again, as for a new application. Later on a other guy call me and said that all the applications are put on hold for the reason that the amount that was available for the lending on the pension back lending fund are overspend, that why the delay.
Want to know is that the truth and what must I do now? I qualify definitely free handed for a loan because I am twenty years a member of my pensioen fund. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THIS PROBLEM SOLVED
