So i have my car damaged in an accident but is drivable. It then takes me over 6 hrs and r400 worth of airtime to get thru to claims department. Their other numbers are manned by the most unhelpful staff who tell you to contact claims.
Their web "contact me" is a waste of time as i left several requests and got no response or call back. The call in numbers are the sam..lav your contact details repeatedly and no one gets back to you. So eventually you get thru to claims and get a ref number. Send in the appropriate pictures and 48hrs later still no response despite repeated concerns that i have to travel overseas for business in the coming week and want this concluded.
Consultant Khensani was helful thoughit must be added.
Overall.. very poor client service from Miway.
