My husband was involved in an accident on the 10th of Jan, I was so stressed and confused bcz I've never ever claimed frm an insurance in the past and people always said insurances respond quickly when u look for one but for claims they look for every reason not to pay, but Ethel's service have been great frm day 1and she responded to my Emails and calls and informed me every step of my claims.even when I ran out of airtime, I stl managed to send a please call back msg, and I got a call immediately frm miway.
