I had an accident on the 28th of November 2013. I lodged a claim and shortly there after met with the assessor. Since then I have had no feedback. After trying to contact the claims department numerous times the call centre eventually answered and mentioned that the claims department was extremely busy. I have left 3 messages for Thandeka to get back to me but I have had no luck in contacting her or hearing from her. I have been a client of MiWay for a very long time and have had nothing but good service. This incident is very unfortunate and has given me a negative outlook on MiWay.
