Worse customer service experience

I applied on lin and I changed my mind and just left it an then the R399 is debited..I decided to call and I spoke tO Ryley who explained to me that I went blindly in an agreement and then I asked her so if I decie to use th service where do I sent it to..clearly she sounded like she was not in thhe mood for my 50 questions..I told her then she need to get another job coz she don't know how to speak to customers and she dropped the call..I have worked in customer service for 9 years now I have never dropped a call on a customer really..I called back to speak to her manager who she said is not in..I asked her can I speak to another consulltant and she said I must cll back if I want to speak to someone else seriously..pls listen to the call at abt 12:46 today... I don't want any dealing with your comany and I want y refund... coz I am not going to use your services... this is theteatment I have ever received from any institute... I will not deal with such peopl who does not know how tto speak to thir customr..clearly she doe understand its because of us she gets a salary every month...
