VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CALL CENTRE

African bank contact me for a arease account of R45.00. when i ask them to explaine to me how I can be in arease for R45.00 if their account is being pad via debit order that they created in their terms and conditoins they could not answer me and dropped the call.

i then phoned back and one lady at the customer care deparment advised me to speak to the sales department and they transfered me through to them. i then spoke to one of them and they advised advised me that i need to speak to the customer care deparment . i advised the lady over the phone that i already spoke to someone at the customer care department and without any warning transfered me through to the customer care deparment.

in my frastratoin another lade answered the phone and took down my details and advised me that i can not speak to her in this manner and dropped the CALL AGAIN.

African Bank is very unprofetoinall and i would like a writen appligy and some one to contact me (Manager or Supervisor) to resolve this.

if they are going to record this R45.00 arease on my itc further steps will be taken AND PROOF OF THIS WILL KEEP FOR MY RECORDS
