NO MANAGER TO ATTEND TO COMPLAINT

I was contacted about an upgrade and after everything was done, the next day I received a sms saying that deal was approved but on another package, so I phoned their customer service and after explaining I was told that she cannot tell me what package it was changed to, I asked her the sms I received said that I must phone their customer service if I have any queries and that is what I did and she still could not give me the info I want, she then put the phone down in my ear. I called back and cancelled the deal and asked to speak to a manager and was told by MARIA that the manager is not available and she can help me, I asked her if she is a manager she said no, I then asked again to speak to any manager but was told NO ONE IS AVAILABLE.
thanks for this great service and everyone must know that elite mobile do not care about their customers as well as about Vodacom customers.
I will never do business with them ever again. PLEASE DON NOT CONTACT ME.
