I, Poobalan Veerasami, would like to complain about a call I logged on the 21st of May, with reference number 2860231877. I spoke to Majola and he said I will have feedback in 24 hours. I phone back on the 24th after no word from Majola and this time spoke to Tracy. Tracy said she will escalate the call and I should get feedback the same day. Having not received any feedback by 12 p.m. the 27th I decided to call back and spoke to Josh. I asked to speak to a manager and was put to hold on and was put through to a 'managers line'. I asked to speak to a manager by this very rude lady who said that she was not sure if I can speak to a manager. I eventually had to disconnect after holding on for about 8 minutes.
Are we not allowed to speak to a manager about the poor service that we are getting. The hierarchy of discovery are not aware about the customers issues because they are not interactive with the customer.
Please can someone give me some feedback with my query.
