Making NO-thing Happen

I am furious about the fact that nedbank just took the liberty of debiting my bank account for no reason today, 2 weeks before my debit order date because they ASSUMED that I would get paid today. I have had to call 7 times this morning told to call back after 12 and even now I am being transferred from one person to another and eventually I got through to Victor Gwama who was very RUDE and condescending and shouted at me as if I were a child!!! I find this totally unacceptable! And to make things worse, he said that he can't help me today. I told him I was unable to call back tomorrow because I will not have access to a telephone, so what can I do in to make it possible for him to help me today. But he just would budge and kept shouting at me. I called back and all of a sudden no one can help because there systems are down. How convenient. I only get my salary in 2 weeks' time, now I will be R800 short for the rest of the month (and its Christmas so I actually need MY MONEY) and no one can tell me why!! I'm so annoyed right now
