Dear Sir / Madam, I have a debit order for Nedbank Personal Loans. My loan acc is quite high as my husband was retrenched, I have 2 children, so four people on one salary. I am battling from month to month. I have told Nedbank the debit order can only be for R150 per month. I am really angry and I will go further with this. Today they have taken off R853 without advising me of this and I have no idea how to survive for the rest of this month. How disgusting can these people be, to be this low. I thought Nedbank cared about their people, doesn't look that way. Thank you for helping " Nedbank make things happen" yes take all your money and let us battle. I spoke to Lebo at Nedbank this morning and she said they will not give me my money back. There are absolutely no words for this kind of treatment and I have had enough of it. Someone needs to call me now otherwise I am contacting the newspapers for this. Thank you.
