Same problem

I moved away from Nedbank few months ago and have some debit orders that still run from them unfortunately, now since I've also changed jobs my salary date is the 30th of each month so Nedbank was instructed to change the debit order dates to the 1st, today is the 25th of the month I haven't gotten paid and already Nedbank has taken the money.

I've called the call centre a number times about this very same issue in the past and they temporarily fix it for one month and we are back to normal, how hard is this to do for the bank that rips its clients off so much but with all that extra profits are unable to put on proper systems to run their business, absolutely useless.
