Still not resolved???

I must say and express my frustration this is really the worst account i have had... I have complaint so many times on hello peter and thought it would solve my problem!!! Guess i was wrong, there is still issues on this account... That they just cannot fix. Every time they respond it is OK for a week or so then we just continue to get phone calls after 7pm at night and most recently threatening sms saying legal action is being taken... Looks like all the people working there doesn't know what is happening because everyone has different stories and i got explain my story the whole time over and over and over... because 100 different people keeps on calling me week after week. I AM NOW SICK AND TIRED!!! is there anyone in your company that can ensure the so called arrears and late payments are rectified??? December without my consent you guys debited my account earlier. Upon complaining you said a sms was sent out because of people getting bonuses so you taking your money early... Then we where promised not to be debited on the normal debit order date. ag guess what you just ran the debit order again the same month twice...
