CONTINUAL DEBIT ORDER PROBLEMS

For 6 months my African Bank debit orders went of correctly, but since September for some reason they have started debiting my account early. My salary date is the last day of the month and I have requested that it should be debited on the 31st. Over the last two months, I have made countless calls, went into my branch, faxed through papers and so forth. Hours of countless frustration. November the debit orders went off CORRECTLY and I thought the problem was sorted out. I even had a call from one of their consultants last week, where I again EXPLAINED everything to her and she assured me this will be debited on the 31st of December, which falls on on Sunday, so Monday the 1st. She said all was sorted.

ONLY TODAY TO GET AN SMS FROM THEM SAYING THEY WILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 13th!

I phoned again today, and their consultant informed me that this has already been loaded to my account and he can't change this!!! WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY??? I ask you??? How difficult is this? My debit order must go off on the 31st?? Why can't they get this right? Now I must go through this whole exercise again for THE THIRD time? Fed up to say the least!!
