Second time i have the same problem with staff

Two years ago i started my account with African Bank. In the beginning they debited two premiums off my account. After a complaint they refunded me and agreed that i will pay via eft. Two years down the line everything WAS running smoothly. I recieved a call last week where a woman tried to confirm that i pay via debit order... I told her that i DO NOT pay via debit order i pay via EFT. She assured me that my account will NOT be debited. As normal i did my eft (saturday). Monday they decide to debit my account now they require all this documentation in order to refund me when this was their employees fault and not mine, like bank statments and a certificed ID! I havent got time as my mom is in hopsital! How can you debit a bank account but need proof of banking detials to refund the money into the account it was debited from UNLESS they are not abiding by FICA! Just goes to show how pathetic their staff is UTTER dissapointment. ONCE AGAIN i will never refer anyone to deal with them.
