I took the personal loan on the 27th Nov and the agreement was that I'll make my first payment on the 25/12, I was advised by Rose Mahlangu that they'll confrim my employment details before they grant it. My loan was approved. This morning I got a humiliation of my life. I had a balance of R900.00 in my cheque account only to find out that FNB took their 1st instalment without advising me. I called this morning & i was transfered to Leticia who told me as its december the debit go early. I asked her how as I havent recieved any sort of communication with regard to that & i'm banking with them they should see that the salary for Dec hasn't been deposited. She insisted that the sms was sent &now she implies that i'm lying about not recieving any sms. I requested the funds to be reversed back into my account as they took them before the agreed date now they can't tell me at what time they will be reversed into my account. They always say how can they help you.
