My payment date is 20th monthly. They make early debits have tracking debit order in place even if I am not behind my account. This affecting my credit profile the conduct of my cheque account is now bad due to their actions.
Recent event today they collected instalment way to early. Now I need funds paid back I was told need fax bank statement copy my id which will cost me money.
Their service is bad last time I was assured they will not forward tracking debit in my account but that id not done.
