NO RESPONSE FROM ABSA HOME INSURANCE

We had a very bad storm on 28 November 2013 at our house. We had damage caused by severe rain and hael. The house is insured by Absa Insurance and we phoned them to report the damage and to register a claim. It is now 3 weeks and still NO RESPONSE. There is a tenant in the house and he refuses to pay his rent and he is suffering damage everytime it rains again. We phone and e-mail everyday, but NOBODY CAN HELP US. We hold for 1hour each time we are phoning and there is NO ANSWER!!! I'am with Absa Insurance for 24 years now, paying the installment every month and the firt time I want to claim, nobody can help me. THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!
