Moving my Bank account somewhere else

Went into the Phoenix branch on the 23rd of Jan to cancel 2 debits. 1 was cancelled successfully the other could not be done. I was told to come in the bank when the debit goes off n they would reverse it. This was done sucessfully. So far so good. Today I see OMF debitd me for 2 amounts even tho I cancelld the dbit order. I call fnb telephone banking who tell me sorry u had 3 days to cancel. Another agent says go in, they MIGHT reverse it. It cost R70 to cancel debits. My family now have no money. I'm at work, I cannot just leave to run to the bank. This sort of service is unacceptable. Iv been with FNB for 7 years n have askd my friends to move over n they did. I'm startn to rethink this!!! No use the agents tell me what I cud have done... iv been to fnb twice why could they not advise me properly!!! I want the money back in my accout. I'm done with this pathetic service!
