On 18th November 2013 my patio awning was damaged by a hail storm. I reported this to ABSA's claim line on 20th November - Claim No. 2483649. 2 weeks later an assessor came to my house and took photos and all the relevant details and since then we have not heard a thing. I have tried phoning the Tel. No. 0860302011 and it is absolutely impossible to get through. I have left numerous messages at the Tel. No. 0860100876 asking them to get somebody to contact me, but no luck. I will not continue accepting this appalling service and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
