I've been with Absa insurance for 4 years and have made 2 claims thus far. The first claim was for a leak they they refused to pay in my en suite shower about 2 years ago. Once again I had a leak and structural damage to my pool which they refuse to pay after I have called them & confirmed that it is covered in the insurance. When I called last week they promised to have a manager call me. I am still waiting on the call. It seems like Absa ducks & dives claims submitted. I have had very excellent service from their competitor (AF) for which I have household insurance & have never disappointed me. I always seem to have a problem with structural insurance where Absa is concerned.
