A month ago I had been charged for a budget transaction on my CC when questioned service provider she could not help me that I was able to understand and told me to get my banker to explain, i then called my private banker who was supposed to meet with me and failed to arrive and further more when I tried to re- schedule. I have had no further response.
as I like to sort out bad accounting i tried a third time to call Nedbank card division to repeat my long story only to be told i needed to discuss with the private bankers of the card division i held on for a further 10 minutes now totaling a 20minute call to receive an unresponsive and Irate person on the other side of the receiver.
This is really a frustrating situation as there is no one to help you if you have a problem and we trust these institutions with our money!!!
