I went to the branch to open an account for my son (me being a private banker) I expect to be helped by a private/priority banker to get things done! But this was not the case! I asked the priority banker ifvshe could help me as I am a private bank client and the response was, I cannot help you because this is an account for your son and not you! Am I not the client at the end of the day that is paying money into my son's account? I phoned and spoke to the manager because I couldn't find any complaint slips and fair enough she wants to hear the priority banker's side off the story! But I am stillthe client and I did not receive the service I needed! Very disgusted in Absa!
