FNB MY MONEY AGAIN???

In March I've made a payment from the FNB banking app to a person I know. The person never received the money. I got confirmation from FNB that the amount went into some "GL" account. I fought for months, even providing the confirmation I got from FNB that the amount (R600) landed up in the "GL" account. I decided to write it off - FNB my money. Well minutes ago, I've made a couple of transfers, and two amounts, R3000 and R7000 - just landed in this super famous GL account. I called FNB, and they will escelate a quer - just like it happened last time - where I've lost the money, and FNB it. Well I am NOT prepared to allow FNB to my funds this time! I'm giving FNB 12 hours as from now - and I want my money back. If not, I WILL leave my fingerprint on FNB South Africa. So get my money back into my account AT ONCE!
