I'm getting FED UP with FNB!!!

On 30 June I made a online payment to a 3rd party to the amount of R334. I received a confirmation of the payment, which I luckily printed. I recently received a statement from the same 3rd party showing no payment. I looked through my statements, but also could not find the payment. Perhaps someone at FNB my money because how can FNB give me a confirmation of payment, but the money mysteriously disappeared. This is however not the first time this has happened. The previous time was for the amount of R3800. I just wonder what happens to the money, or will they blame the system for it. I think they will because the system can't defend itself, or perhaps someone is getting richer and richer from all the money he is. I would like to hear what there excuse is. I also going to lodge a complaint with the bank ombudsman. I am just wandering who is going to pay the interest and who is going to rectify my name with the company.
