My car got reversed into by a client of PSG on 08/08/13. I got in communication with PSG & said an agent Elsa Kotze legal dept will deal with my claim. I was required to submit documents to enable them to attend to my claim. Till this day I haven't received any form of communication from her.By the 18/09/13 after countless attempts to contact her, Lindiwe Matsane attended to my call. I submitted my documents on 19/09/13 only to get response again on 8/10/13. that she mailed it to wrong person.by the 29/10/13 she said the underwriter of their clients policy is SANTAM insurance therefore we (PSG) are no longer dealing with any of their claims and all matters that we (PSG) were busy with has been referred to them (SANTAM) closing her mail with; I will provide you with their claim number & their contact number tomorrow. I mailed her daily & called only to be sent from desk to desk by her colleagues. The manager Seugnet Koekemoer promised to follow up & instead to get rid of me. I called later that day and was told she forgot about me then she dropped my call when I questioned her on how all of them fail to comply to principles of integrity, trust & transparency as they proclaim.
