Appauled by poor service on more than one visit

It was utter dismay that i find myself logging this complaint but i figure if this issue is not raiised then it will never be resolved. I have been a client of Nedbank for quite sometime and have never really had much issues until the opening of the Bridge City Kwa-Mashu branch. This started about a month ago when it was said that there were upgrades being done in the branch, that of which meant that few agents were available to assist, there was construction work and the environment as a whole left much to be frowned upon to say the least. I had to wait for hours in the queue just for a bank statement, that of which there was no one to assist with alternatives and i ended up leaving this branch to travel to a Pheonix Plaza Branch. Im am now today in the same queue at Bridge City yet again to collect my credit card, which i had initailly asked to be delivered to the Pheonix branch, and i still have had no resolution, instead i was told by the manager that the bank operates from 09:00 till 17:00. I am appauled by the service, no one updates us on wht is ha[ppening, please help me understand unless my definition of service excellence is completely deminished, which i doubt.
