Good Day I called in on thursday to ask for a settlement letter on my credit card they said it takes 24 hours and they would email it to me, 24 hours pasted and nothing. Today i called and was told that i can go to the eastgate branch call in and ask the consultant to provide their NB number and they would forward it. I did that and when i called the call centre again i was told oops sorry it takes 24 hours the consult would not even want to listen to me she kept on speaking over me and then i requested to speak to a supervisor and he just did the same and told me he would go and see at the admin department but could not promise anything> i told him that i was going to log a complaint on hello peter he told me i can do that it does not matter. Then i spoke to Christy at the branch and she told me to stand in the queue for a statement and i told her no as i was in the queue and that was told she would help me> she then told me she would assist me then gave my info to the enquires agent who the gave me someone elses bank statement a company actually> i wonder what that company would say if the find out nedbank does not even check whose statement they hand out.
