Refused service due to FICA

I walked into Capitec bank in Menlyn to open up a new account. I handed the cashier my Municipal rates and taxes form with my address, as well as my ID. the cashier told me because I don't have a suburb listed they cant help me. I told the Cashier that I live in the CBD as displayed on the documentation. After talking to the Manager and the cashier, They refused to help me based on the fact that my municipal documentation did not have a suburb listed.

I tried explaining to the cashier that I don't have a suburb, I live in the CBD. but was met with I'm sorry my hands are tied it is policy.

I wouldn't recommend Capitec bank to anyone!
