Today 12th August I went to pep store to buy R30 Airtime and requested for R200 cash back withdrawal from my Capitec Account as I was paying with card. The cashier told me that they only give cashback if you pauchase
goods for more than R50. This is very funny
because when Capitec Bank advertise they
say its R1 per withdrawal and other retail stores which works hand in hand with Capitec cashback don't expect us to purchase anything before withdrawal.
Please stop your contract with Capitec if you can't work straight up with their customers!!!
