Capitec experience keeps worsening!!!

Last week Thursday I did an application on the Capitec website to consolidate two loans I have with Capitec into one loan account. Till this day nobody has called back and I decided to go into the branch. I gathered all the documentation on the website and took it along. When I got there at 4:15pm, the lady at reception had to pre-screeen my documentation and the only obligation she had was with my 3 months bank statements that gets mailed to me every month from FNB which is not valid, I had to go to the FNB branch and request a copy or get a statement from the ATM. I went to the FNB branch but they closed already and the ATM did not have that particular function. I went back to Capitec and explained to the lady that the branch is closed and that I can even mail the bank statements from my phone to her to show it is original, she still persisted these are invalid.

From there I drove to the FNB branch in Menlyn Square which was luckily still open. Got the bank statements without any problems and rushed back to Menlyn Capitec before they closed. The receptionist then had an issue with my ID, it is getting old and she reckons I falsified it. Really disgusting service!!!
