PEP IS USING US (CAPITEC CUSTOMERS) AND CAPITEC IS ENJOYING IT BY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!
Today 12th August I went to PEP for R200 cash back withdrawal from my Capitec Account as I was paying with card. The cashier told me that they only give cashback if you pauchase goods for more than R50. This is very funny because when Capitec Bank advertise they say its R1 per withdrawal and other retail stores which works hand in hand with Capitec cashback don't expect us to purchase anything before withdrawal.
When I contact Capitec Call Centre I spoke to Neli told me rubbish that " WE PROVIDED CLIENTS WITH AFFORDABLE SOLUTION TO WITHDRAW FUNDS AT TILL POINTS FOR NOMINAL FEE OF R1.00 (One Rand) WE CAN HOWEVER NOT COMMENT IF THE RETAILER HAS RULES WHEN IT COMES TO CASH BACK PURCHASES". This is unfair to Capitec customers
Please stop your rubbish contract with PEP if they can't work straight up with your customers!!!
