Awaiting money owing to me for 8 days already???

On 5/9/2013 I telephoned dial direct to change the retail value of my m.v a honda crv. on my policy 828376908 which came down by R11000-00 (eleven thousand rand) I was told that the new premium would be R100. less and they would update it immediatly. so i asked about the difference as I had paid the premium that day via debit order 5th SEPT to 5th OCT 2013 and was told NO I DONT GET A REFUND but w.e 5th Oct 2013 my premium would be R100. less?? i was upset to say the least, and told the person i was speaking to that but she said no that`s how it is so i told her that the last time the value went down i got my refund. Then got an sms to rate the person and I felt that this was dishonest and rated 0. then received another sms and replied about that person being dishonest, then they phoned me so I told them the whole story again. Got sms about refund with ref no 4534443 on 6/9/2013. it is 14/9/2013 - 8days later and still no refund??? what is going on at Dial Direct??? are they side stepping the refund of R100. from being paid back to me!!!
