Waited 6 weeks for an answe

I applied for a student loan and waited 6 weeks and still didn't hear anything, I went into the branch and my application was still in the drawer. 2 weeks later they phoned my loan is approved. It has been another 2 weeks and I still don't have my money and it must be paid in before 15 Dec
