Pathetic service from Branch

Applied for a loan, took them 3 weeks for them to process it. I had to go into to the branch several times and even escalated to Branch Manager but loan was eventually paid through after 3 weeks from the initial application. This is truly disappointing. When applying for a loan it's because you are have an emergency and for a bank to ignore your application like this really shows their commitment to customer service.

The branch manager isn't any better, this probably reflects her understanding or lack thereof of how clients should be treated.
