My name is Phyllis Makoko and i have been on debt review since December 2011 and have been making my payments accordingly. Im very much frustrated right now because of some of the creditors which is Finchoice claimed that they never received payments for the whole of 2012 of which i even have proof from NPDA that they where receiving payments which ammount to - R10 000 and then they handed over the acc to their collectors on march 2013 and still NPDA is making payments to Finchoice every month yet their attorneys calls me everymonth demanding payments. I tried telling my debtcouncillor about this problem Mr Pieter Steyn from legal wise [Email Removed] and he is not helping at all and i just dont know what to do anymore. I also tried to contact Finchoice about this matter and they know im under debt review and according to their statements they do receive payments but when i ask why they handed the account over and my debt is still the same while i am making payments every month? they do not respond. I want to know what happened to the payments they have been receiving which is now closey to R10 000 and why they handed the account over?
