I stood in a queue at Nedbank Menlyn on Tuesday afternoon 10th December for about 55minutes. There were possibly four people ahead of me in the queue. None of the tellers were busy. Surely this is an unreasonable waiting period? The manager was not in his office, so I couldn't alert him to the situation. There was a complaints box with no paper on which to write a complaint.
