BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CLIENTS

In all honesty, I was always under the Impression that Nedbank had one of the best service in the banking industry and that it also showed sterling service in the country as a whole. Today I went to make a cash deposit at the Trade Route Mall, Lenasia. I must have been the 16th person in the queue and there were 2 tellers and 1 Forex Teller available but by the time I was in the middle of the queue - there was approximately another 20 people behind me. I could hear the complaints of fellow people really upset. When I got to teller 5, I advised the lady there that there should really have more staff and I was extremely polite, she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me and said, we are not busy so we don't need more staff so I showed her the queue, she lifted her hands in gesture that she doesn't care, rolled her eyes and smirked at me. This was at 10:35am on 04February, Teller 5. I am disgusted with this type of behaviour and the manager wasnt available to take my complaint. What has happened Nedbank, where are all your wonderful employees, we must be put up with this kind of customer service and people like this get paid to be rude. Disappointing!
