What is happening with NedbankLephalale.? There is a serious shortage of staff. It is like this for months now. I stood in a queue at enquiries for more than an hour just to hear that I should see a banker. After joining another queue and another 45 minutes later I left the bank together with another client, which said that it is her second day that she is walking out, because it is just taking to long to do anything there!
Please Nedbank get your act together and do something!
