Standing in a queue for 45 min

How can there only be 2 people helping if there is a long queue of people waiting to be helped. They go to the back of the shop and stay there for a long period. I stood in a queue for 45 min that wasn't really moving. This happens every time. Either they need more people or Mtn needs to open another branch in Potchefstroom
