I wanted to "quickly" collect my credit card. 9.30 in the bank. 6 tellers and enquiries (since when are this done in one queue but never mind) They split the 2 up today... wow! 5 tellers of which there is only 3 open - for crying out loud IT IS MONTH END!!! 1 teller for all the other stuff. 7 people in front of me. 45 min standing there 3 has left = 15 min per customer!!! I had to leave.
They have 3 ladies helping customers to go to the correct queue... why not just 1?? then all 5 tellers could have been open or does my math?
Collect a card from any other bank = one paper to sign. Collect a card from Nedbank - the so-called GREEN BANK SAVE THE TREES = minimum of 5-10 pages and that's just COLLECTING!!! A new card is about 20-30!! Worst is they want to give you a copy!!
I tried 3 times collecting my other card at Wadeville - well you can keep the cards now. Why not learn from other banks how they do it? They courier it for FREE and you go in or phone to activate it.
How do you justify your adverts? You are expensive but expect clients to come in over and over because your service is BAD!!
