I have had money (R10 000) transferred from my account to my RCP, without my permission. When trying to understand why and to reverse the payment, no one can help me... I have been on the line for an hour and a half trying to get an answer and help with no help... I am quiet frustrated as this money must be paid to the panel beaters for repairs on my car. The moeny was paid to me from the insurance on a 3rd party claim and must be paid to the panel beaters.
At this point i can not get my car from the panel beaters beacuse i need to pay this money over...
Can someone please assist?
