Cannot Update profile

Tried to apply for a loan last week. Realized that an OTP would be sent to my phone number I used to register on the website earlier in the year which I no longer have access to.

Tried to change cell numbers on the website which I can't do because the OTP still goes to the old number.
Sent an email to customer care requesting to change the details on 04/12/2013. Received response from Boitumelo that he will revert once done. Sent another email to Boitumelo on 05/12/2013 and he advised that they are waiting feedback from. IT department.
Called in to customer care yesterday and again spoke to a boitumelo who promised to re escalate the matter and provide feedback to me by COB yesterday.

Needless to say this has not happened.

1. It' cannot be that time consuming for a whole IT Dpartment to still be changing my number as per request.
2. I would appreciate some feedback so that I can apply for my loan, unless boodle does not see the need for my business.
