I have been trying to get access to my OTP but since the number that was registered is lost
I was told by Boitumelo that the only way to get access is if the IT team fix it for me, however this has
been dragging since the 29/11/2013, I have been sending emails regarding this issue and no one seems
to reply.
I'm very disappointed regarding this as I feel if you are running a good business you should
atleast have good customer service
