It has been two months since I experienced a power surge and a number of appliances were affected which include things like kettles and microwaves, tv's and a stove as well. Thus far the service provider employed by Auto and General has returned one tv - without sound - and the microwave. Despite following up with the consultant responsible for administering my claim I hear absolutely nothing and have now reached the end of my tether with them. As it is I am still waiting for them to contact the person responsible for the accident with my car last year to recover the access I paid - all I get are excuses, excuses, excuses. I am so tired of this - paying for non-service!!!
