Form incomplete

Good day, I have emailed Boodle 3 times and called twice about this problem, with no response or form of help whatsoever. I have fulled in everything. As I click to submit after ticking all three boxes, it comes up with a message saying Boodle is processing the information this could take 30 seconds. After that it goes back to my dashboard saying incomplete. The call centre take so long to sort the issue out that my "loan application" has expired twice.

Another issue I have is that the night I applied for the loan, I got an email and sms saying that Thato's money had been released to her. When I look on my profile under service requests, another persons banking details are there. Thato Makgalemela's loan number is #776930. My loan number is #776937.

Please see if you can provide me with a solution to my problem
