I have applied for an online boodle loan and it it charges as per the number of days taken, and i applied in the evening and was sent an email that the payment will be through in the morning by 5, by 8 the payment was still not there and i obviously needed the loan urgently as i had to used it the same day and i was promised that it will be in first thing in the morning, i called in spoke to someone by the name of boitumelo he told me it will be escalated and will be paid yesterday, still nothing, called in again after a day, spoke to siba was told it will be escalated again, and will get back to me, no response from him, i called again spoke to boitumelo was tols it will be escalated, this is the third time, notjing has happened and this loan s interestes depends on the days, i asked if i could cancel they said no, so i cant cancel, they cant pay, interests charges per day but i still havent received payment, this is the worst service i have ever got with boodle i will advise anyone not to use them if you seriously need money urgent cos what they say on the website that payment takes 10minutes is notactually true, its been 2 days and hours and still nothing .very very dissapointed custome
