Pathetic Service

I took a boodle loan and they were meant to debit my account which they successfully did on the 30th of November. However 33 days later my account was debited a further R2925.26. I contacted boodle the next day, to say their customer care is PATHETIC would be an understatement, I was sent from pillar to post, with Boitumelo Mbetsi, Precious Maswanganye, Sibongile Thipe. Eventually i got a call from someone in the collections departments who said the nomal TAT was 48 hours, but he said it would be done on Tuesday. Its now Thursday and no money, I still get the same email template saying the matter has been refferd. I won't use them ever again, won't do much harm to them, but I'll make sure I tell everyone I know to either stop using them or to not even try, they've had enough time to sort this out I am reporting this matter to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN i am sick and tired of these companies taking advantag. Do not be fooled by these companies pretending to be efficient.
